24th January 2022. Peacefully at his home, 68 Oakland Grove, Ballynahinch. Beloved husband of Alison, much loved father to Sam, Richard and Ruby. Stepfather to Leah and Ross. Dear father-in-law Ashleigh and Josh. Proud Granda to Tommy and Archie.

Funeral from his home on Thursday 27th January 2022 at 10.45am to 1st Presbyterian Church, Ballynahinch for Service at 11.30am afterwards to Lough Inch Cemetery, Ballynahinch. Willie's funeral can be viewed via Youtube.co.uk on Douglas Funeral Directors livestreams and will be available approximately 1 hour after the service.

House Private.

No flowers please, donations in lieu if desired, cheques payable to M.N.D.A.N.I. c/o Douglas Funeral Directors, 20 Dromore Road, Ballynahinch BT24 8HP.

Will be forever loved and sadly missed by his wife, children, grandchildren and the entire family circle.

Willie was loved by me, my wife, my kids and all of our colleagues. I never met anyone that didn’t like Willie or didn’t have a fond if not hilarious memory of him. The kindest, funniest, most hard working, diligent and loyal colleague - never mind amazing friend - I ever had. He will be much missed by his close and extended family of whom my thoughts are with now and in the future.
We all had the pleasure of knowing Willie and I can honestly say that I am the better person for it. Willie influenced and motivated so many people and he had an appetite for getting things done that I have never seen on such a scale.
