The death has occurred of Mr William Noel O'Hara. He resided in the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough. Under the Welfare Services Act (NI) 1971 Section 25 , Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council has been asked to take responsibility for the funeral.
