William (Willie) Hegarty
We regret to inform you that the death has taken place of William (Willie) Hegarty, suddenly at his home on 24th June 2023.
Late of 1 Eglinton Place and formerly of Fountain Hill. May he rest in peace.
Father of Margaret, John, Christine, Dena and the late Martin. Grandfather to all of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Deeply regretted and sadly missed by all of his wider family circle, friends and neighbours.
Willie’s remains will be reposing at his late residence, 1 Eglinton Place from 11am tomorrow, Thursday 29th June. Funeral leaving from there on Friday 30th June at 9:20am for 10am requiem mass in St. Mary’s Church, Creggan. Burial will take place immediately afterwards in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ardmore.
