Winifred THOMPSON (née Colhoun)
The family circle of the late Winifred Thompson (nee Colhoun) wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who supported and sympathised with them during their recent bereavement.
Special thanks to Dr. Gallagher and the District Nursing Team in Claudy Health Centre, who were so attentive to Winifred during her illness also the Marie Curie Team, who ensured Winifred was comfortable at home during her illness.
A special thanks to Rev. Keith Hibbert for his dedication to Winifred during her illness and for conducting such a beautiful service. Thanks also to Rev. David Slater for his friendship to Winfred and also taking part in the service.
Winifred’s family wish to especially thank their kind relatives, friends and neighbours who helped in any way during this difficult time, and to all those who messaged, brought food, sent cards and stood out to accompany Winifred on her final journey.
Sincere thanks to all of those who donated to the chosen charity-Marie Curie, we are delighted to say that the donation total reached £4385.00 to date and this money will go to Marie Curie to support other families in the local area.
Finally, sincere thanks go to David and Ruth of D. & R. Hay & Sons Funeral Directors for the professional, compassionate and dignified way the funeral arrangements were carried out.
