The family of Winnie wishes to acknowledge the many expressions of sympathy and gestures of kindness shown to us following our sad loss.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to friends and relatives who visited our family home, attended the wake and funeral mass and provided so much practical and emotional support during this difficult time. For those who telephoned, travelled long distances, sent cards, messages of condolences and floral tributes, we are truly grateful.

A special word of thanks to Fr Paul Farren and to all those who participated in the mass, particularly Annemarie Hickey, Mary Murphy and the pupils of St. Cecilia's College for their guard of honour.

To those who helped in any way, your kindness made our loss more bearable.

Thank you to Kieran and all at W J O’Brien and Son Funeral Directors, Eglinton for the dignified and professional way in which they carried out all the funeral arrangements.

As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.

The Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on 6th June in St. Columba’s Church, Longtower at 7.30 p.m.
