The death has occurred of:
Ann McKENNA (née Kelly)
McKenna Ann’s children, Bronagh, Conor, Michael, and the wider family circle, would like to extend their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with them on the recent loss of their beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. We deeply appreciate the tremendous love and support from our extended family and friends during her wake, funeral, and in the days that followed.
Our heartfelt thanks extend to the staff at Craigavon Area Hospital, with a special mention to the orthopaedic ward, for their dedicated care. We also express our gratitude to the staff at Ann’s Home Care and Connected Health for their devotion to Mum while she was at home. Special thanks is also extended to the management and staff of Rosemount Care Home in Portadown for their loving care during Ann's final year. We are also grateful to JJ McArdle's Funeral Directors for their compassion and professionalism in handling all the funeral arrangements.
Special appreciation goes to Cathy McKenna and Patricia Hagan for the beautiful music and singing that enriched the service. We are also thankful to Fr. David Nugent for the comforting words spoken at Mum's funeral mass.
We would like to express our gratitude to our wonderful neighbours and friends, Cordelia's Chip Shop and Raffle Bakery for generously providing food at the wake, and the Toby Jug for the use of their equipment. Thanks must also extend to Armagh Golf Club for the funeral catering.
To everyone who visited our home, gave mass cards, posted condolences, sent flowers, attended the funeral, donated to Dementia NI, and supported us during this sad time, we are truly thankful.
Ann’s month mind mass will be held on Monday, April 1st, at 7:30 pm in St. Malachy’s Church, Armagh.
