The family of the late Betty Averill (nee Patterson) 91 Stewart Avenue, Cookstown wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all who sympathised with them on their recent sad bereavement. To those who sent cards, messages, telephoned, called at the home, or attended the wake or funeral we express our thanks for the support and care which was shown to us.
A special thanks for the care that was given to Betty at home from her carers, district nurses and all the staff at Mid Ulster Health Care and especially Marie Curie whose support was invaluable.
We would like to thank Rev Diane Matchett for conducting the funeral service and for her sincere words of comfort and kindness, the support and prayers which she gave to us.
We wish to acknowledge those who gave so generously in lieu of flowers for N.I. Hospice.
Finally thanks to Bryan and Carole of Steenson Funeral Services for their professional, caring and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
