4th September 2015. Very peacefully at home. Dearly loved husband of Anne (Nan) and much loved father of Ruth, Alison, David and Peter, father-in-law of Denis, David, Jenne, Joanne and proud grandad of Rachael, Matthew, Christopher, Ben, Megan and Rebecca.
Fondly remembered by sister Bell and brother-in-law Bobby in Australia. The family are deeply grateful to all Medical and caring personnel for their help and consideration.
Sam will be greatly missed and lovingly remembered by all the family circle and his faithful pet Jet.
