Sadly missed by his golfing friends, Alan, Hamilton and Joe.

We were greatly saddened to learn of David's passing after his short but violent illness. David was a valued colleague, a reliable friend, a consummate professional, a source of wisdom and counsel in difficult or uncertain times and utterly dependable.
We trust that the outpouring of love and affection which accompanies this sad moment will help Margaret and the rest of his adored family in coming to terms with their sad loss. Although not there in person we grieve with you .
