County Antrim Scouts deeply regret the death of Andy Millar. Andy served 1st Cullybackey Scout Group and Mid Antrim District for over 60 years. For this, he was awarded the M.B.E. and recognised by the Scout Association by the Award of the Silver Acorn. He was an inspiration and role model to many and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his wife and family circle at this time.
