Canon Cooper's passing is greatly regretted by all of his friends at In House Publications.
Every Monday morning for over 20 years Cecil brightened our lives and educated us in the ways of the Church of Ireland and Irish Rugby.
Cecil and Olive were friends who made life more interesting and much more fun.
