So sorry to hear of Jonathan’s sudden passing. Sincere sympathy to Jonathan’s family and friends – you are all in our thoughts and prayers, particularly this morning, the day of Jonathan’s funeral.
Sorry we can’t be there – but just want to say from the people of The Rosses, Co Donegal – we truly appreciate the wonderful legacy he left in his recording of the stories of our old people and history of our area.
We fondly remember his kindly manner and sense of humour.

I am saddened to learn of the sudden passing of Jonathon. He was a lovely kind and caring man. An expert in the history of farming and his contribution to the intellectual standing of The Ulster Folk and Transport Museum was outstanding.
