Dearest cousins, I am so so sad to hear about Norma's sudden passing. It is heartbreaking. Norma was always so positive, so full of life and energy and plans, that it is hard to believe she's gone.

I had the pleasure of working with Norma both through Belfast Education and Library Board and through Capacity Building Work with the Department of Education. I always found her to be a great friend and professional in all she did. I, like a lot of former colleages were much shocked and saddened to learn of her passing at the weekend, and acknowledge that she will be sadly missed.
Although I never had the pleasure of meeting any of Norma's family, please accecpt my condolences at this difficult time.
