The members and friends of the PMCCNI motorcycle club, of which Billy was a member, were saddened to hear of his passing early on Wednesday morning. Billy was a keen and capable motorcyclist and enjoyed many outings with like minded club members on a Sunday morning to various locations in Northern Ireland.
Our sympathy goes out to Helen, Paul, Valerie and the wider family circle.
Our thoughts are with Billy and his family at this time.
