Died September 15, 2016, peacefully, at Marie Curie Hospice, much-loved husband of Esther and devoted father to David and Ken. Service of Thanksgiving for David's life will be held in Woodvale Methodist Church, Cambrai Street, Belfast on Monday 19th September 2016 at 1.00 p.m. and afterwards to Roselawn Crematorium at 4.00 p.m. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if desired, to Marie Curie Hospice, c/o James Brown & Sons, 300 Newtownards Road, Belfast, BT4 1HF, cheques made payable to the charity. Deeply regretted by his sorrowing sons, daughters-in-law Vivian and Janey, grandchildren Tori and husband Stephen, Rebecca, Iain and Phillip and great-granddaughter Lydia. His anchor held Sure and Steadfast.
