We the family of the late Mrs. Eileen Henry wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with us in the recent sad bereavement of our much loved mother, grandmother and great grandmother. We wish we could thank you all personally and trust this acknowledgement will be acceptable.
We really appreciated everyone who sent cards, messages, provided food, called at our home, and attended the funeral.
We, the family circle, wish to extend our profound thanks to Drapersfield Nursing Home for their care and dedication during our mum’s final few years.
The family wish to thank Dr. Johnston and the staff at Cookstown Health Centre for their constant care during the latter years of our mother’s life. Thanks also to the staff at Antrim and Craigavon Area hospitals for their care during our mother’s several stays in recent years.
The Care Workers were excellent while mother was at home and the family greatly appreciated their help and comfort during that time. Our thanks go out to all who sat with mum day or night while the family had a little respite.
Especial thanks to Rev. Diane Matchett for her pastoral visits to mum’s home and to the care home, for helping with the funeral arrangements and for conducting the Funeral Services at the house, Church and graveside.
Many thanks to the Ladies of Kildress Parish Church for providing teas after the committal. We also thank the caretaker, Mr. Jim McConnell, for having the Church and Parish Hall available for the funeral.
Grateful thanks to Bryan and Carole Steenson and the team, for the dignified, professional, and sensitive manner for the way they carried out the funeral. Thanks also to the grave diggers who prepared our mother’s last resting place.
Finally, we would thank all who generously donated to the charity, Alzheimer’s and can confirm a total of £1860.00 has been raised.
