Elizabeth (Libby) SLOAN (née Lundy)
Died peacefully at River House residential home in Newcastle County Down 14th April 2024 R.I.P. (late of 3 Elmgrove Park, Newcastle).
Beloved daughter of the late Alex and Annie Lundy, loving sister to the late Sally Scanlon, mother in law of Ann Douglas. Beloved Mother to Raymond Douglas & Margaret Hedley, devoted Grandmother to Michaela, Emma, Ryan, Julia, Rachael, David and Anna and known as GG to her 12
Great Grand Children.
Reposing at the home of her daughter Margaret Hedley, 14 Marguerite Park, BT33 0PE, Newcastle, today, Monday 15th April from 6 p.m. and on Tuesday 16th April.
Funeral from her daughter's home on Wednesday 17th April at 9.20 a.m. for Requiem Mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Chapel, Newcastle. Interment afterwards in Bryansford Cemetery.
The house is private on the morning of the funeral.
Very deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sorrowing Lundy cousins, friends and neighbours and entire family circle.
