Eugene FOX

The wife and family of the late Eugene Fox wish to express their sincere gratitude to all who sympathised with us during our recent bereavement.

Thank you to our family, friends and neighbours whose help and support was invaluable during the time of the wake and funeral.

To all who attended the wake and/or funeral, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, flowers, food, or telephoned, we assure you these gestures were greatly appreciated.

A special mention to the staff of Loane House, Dungannon, who treated Eugene with such compassion during his brief illness. We are also very grateful to Fr McHugh, Fr Hughes and Fr Fitzpatrick who attended to his spiritual needs during this time.

We wish to thank Fr McHugh, Fr Hughes and Fr McCaul for the beautiful and very personal funeral mass. We extend our thanks to the Phillips Sisters for enhancing the liturgy with their beautiful music, and to the sacristan who prepared the church. Thanks also to Benedict J Martin & Son, Funeral Directors for the respectful and professional manner in which they carried out their duties and to Brian Nugent who prepared the grave.

We are grateful to the staff of the Ryandale who provided the refreshments after the funeral.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgment will be accepted by all as an expression of our deep gratitude and sincere appreciation.

Eugene’s month’s mind mass will be celebrated at 7.00pm on Monday 16th October 2023, in St John’s Church, Moy.
