Hazel LYSK (née Phenix)
Died 19th December 2022, peacefully at home after a long illness.
Much loved wife of Herbert, mum of Heather, Fiona, Herbie and Jennifer, grandmother of Luis, Hannah, Sarah, Freya, Robert, Matthew, Tess, Adam, William, Robin and Rowan, and sister of Samuel.
Committal at Roselawn Crematorium on Saturday 24th December 2022 at 7.20am.
Given the date and time of the cremation, the family understands that attendance may be difficult for many of her relatives, friends and neighbours who would normally wish to be present. Therefore, the family proposes to hold a 'get together' at a date in January to be arranged.
Deeply regretted by the family circle.
