Joan Harbinson (née Clarke)
Harbinson, Joan (née Clarke) 28th April 2024. Peacefully at hospital surrounded by her loving family, after a long illness bravely fought. Late of Stoneyford Road, Lisburn. Dearly beloved wife of David and much-loved Mum of Sophie, Kirsty and Scott. Dear mother-in-law of Joel and Liv and loving sister of Ann, Jim and the late Noel. Funeral service in St Aidan’s Church, Belfast Road, Glenavy on Friday 3rd May 2024 at 2.00pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining churchyard. No flowers please, Donations in lieu of flowers if desired, cheques payable to OG Cancer Northern Ireland C/o S. D. Brown Funeral Directors 4 Sackville Street, Lisburn BT27 4AB. Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her husband, daughters, son and family circle. We lived in hope and prayed in vain that God would make you well again, what you suffered you told so few, you did not deserve what you went through, tired and weary you made no fuss you tried so hard to stay with us. God closed your eyes to give you rest for he alone knows what is best.
