Florence, Claire, Neil and Rachel, the family of the late John C Haslett of Clay Road, Toye, Killyleagh, who passed away on 18 September 2023, would like to thank all those who sympathised and supported them during their recent bereavement Thank you to those who attended the funeral, sent messages of condolence, sympathy cards or who helped in any way, and also those who kindly donated to Kidney Research.
A special word of thanks to Dr Borthwick and the nursing staff of the Renal Unit BCH who cared for John so well over many years and also Dr Henry and staff in A&E and Wards 5D and 3A at the Ulster Hospital where John was cared for in his final days. We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to all John's carers over the past few years.
Finally, grateful thanks to Charles Rourke & Sons, Funeral Directors, for the dignified and professional manner in which they conducted the funeral arrangements.
