Kathleen Mc Nelis (nee Lynch)
We the family of the late Kathleen McNelis wish to express our heartfelt thanks to all who supported and sympathised with us on our recent sad bereavement. We would like to offer our sincere gratitude to all those who attended the wake and funeral, left Mass/sympathy cards, donations, flowers and messages via social media. Our sincere appreciation to our extended family and friends who assisted during the wake and to all who generously provided refreshments. A special thank you to the medical team and the ambulance team of the SWAH, Dr Deehan and all at Strule Medical Practice, Beragh District Nursing Team, Marie Curie nurses, Naomi from Palliative Care and all the Carers from Care Plus who attended mum in her final weeks. We will be forever grateful for their excellent care and support. Thanks also to all the staff at Tallon’s Pharmacy for their kind service to mum over the years. A special word of thanks to Fr Sean Mc Cartan PP for his pastoral care and for conducting such a beautiful requiem Mass. Thanks to Fr Brian O’Kane who called with mum frequently. We would also like to acknowledge the neighbours, friends and relatives for their regular social visits which were very much appreciated. Thank you to Daryl Simpson, Bronagh Broderick, Maria Mc Sorley, Brian, Louise and Ciara Mc Namee who provided the beautiful uplifting music. Thanks to all who participated in any way in the preparation and celebration of the mass. Special thanks to Leo Donaghy and Paddy Montague Funeral Directors for their professional and dignified service and to those who prepared mum’s resting place. Thank you to the Heaney family and staff for providing the catering after the Mass and to the Beragh Red Knights for the use of their premises. It is difficult to thank everyone individually, but we are truly grateful for all the kindness, love and support we received following the loss of our dear mum Kathleen, whose Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Thursday 21st March, at 7.30pm in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Beragh.
