Quinn Margaret, Limehill, Pomeroy, Died 18th April 2021.
We, the family of the late Margaret Quinn, wish to express our sincere gratitude and appreciation to everyone who sympathised with us and supported us through our recent bereavement. Heartfelt thanks to all those who telephoned, sent letters, messages via social media, mass and sympathy cards, food, and flowers.
Sincere thanks to all our relatives, friends, neighbours, and work colleagues who lined the route for Mum’s final journey from our family home to the Church and to those who remained outside the church and cemetery to pay their respects. Your presence was a great comfort to us.
Thank you to Fr. Moore for his pastoral care and for delivering such a personal and meaningful homily perfectly capturing Mum’s life. Thanks to Andrea and Damian for the beautiful singing and music which greatly enhanced the ceremony. To everyone who viewed the Mass via the Church webcam, we knew you were with us in spirit.
A special word of thanks to the medical staff who attended to Mum over the years, the GP’s of Carrickmore Health Centre, the district nurses, domiciliary care team and to Marie Curie Care for their attendance in the final weeks of Mum’s life. Thanks to the staff of Mc Aleer’s Pharmacy for their support.
Thank you to Kate Mc Aleer funeral director for your help and assistance to the family and for the caring, dignified, and professional way the funeral arrangements were carried out.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as an expression of our deepest gratitude.
Mum’s Months Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday 21st May at 7.30pm in The Church of the Assumption Pomeroy and due to ongoing restrictions it will be limited to immediate family and close friends only. Mass can be viewed via the Church website, link available on this page.
