Dr Mervyn Charles, dear husband of Karen and loving father of Darren and Joshua.
Funeral Tuesday March 17th in Leckpatrick Parish Church, Artigarvan, service at 2.00pm.
Cremation in Roselawn on Thursday 19th March at 4.30pm, for family and Belfast work colleagues.
House private and family flowers only please. Donations in lieu, if so desired, to the ICU Ward at Altnagelvin Hospital.
Please make cheques payable to "Hood & Co Undertakers, 29 Main St, Newtownstewart, BT78 4AD.
Will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by the entire family circle.
