The death has occurred of:
Phillip Sebastien CROSSEY
25th May 2016 peacefully at hospital, late of 21 Glenravel Fold, Ballymena and formerly of Kirkliston Drive, Belfast.
Funeral service in Green Pastures Church, Galgorm, Tuesday 31st May at 11.30am followed by interment in Cullybackey New Cemetery.
