The Family of the late Robert Stewart (Bertie) McMinn MBE wish to thank most sincerely all those who sympathised with them during their recent sad bereavement. Heartfelt thanks to everyone who attended the funeral, sent cards and telephoned with messages of sympathy, and to those who kindly donated to the nominated charity, Air Ambulance NI in Bertie’s memory. A special word of thanks to our neighbours for their kindness throughout Bertie’s illness.
To the Trust Care Workers for their compassion and the dignity shown to Bertie over four and half years and Jodie from Ann’s Home Care for sitter duties. Grateful thanks to Drs Herron and Sharkey and the Staff at the Garvin Surgery and the District Nurses for their attentive care to Bertie at home.
Thank you to Rev Russell and Rev Shaw for conducting the funeral service, and to all those who assisted in the church and at the graveside. Thanks to Edith Blair and her team of helpers for providing and serving the beautiful tea.
Finally, a sincere thank you to Helen and Staff from D Watters Funeral Services for the dignified and professional manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements.
