Hamilton nee Weir, December 27th, 2020 (suddenly), late of Lisnasure Road, Donaghcloney, Sadie Edith, dearly loved wife of Rowan, loving mother of Andrew, mother in law of Gail, devoted grandmother of Maggie and much loved sister of John and the late Eleanor.
House and Funeral Strictly Private.
