Samuel (Sam) CROOKS
Crooks April 25, 2023 (peacefully), at home surrounded by his family, Samuel (Sam), devoted husband of Pam, 5 Riverside, Dunman, Cookstown, loving dad of Garth (Gillian) and Roger (Sharon), special granda of Jamie, Zach, Leigh, Kelsi, Tyler and Ami, great-granda of Theo, dearest brother of Irene, Roy and the late Stanley and brother-in-law of Eleanor, Josie, Hugh, Hilda, Victor and the late Arthur, Jess, Vivian and Millie.
House strictly private.
Funeral service in Derryloran Parish Church on Thursday, 27 April at 1.30pm, followed by a private family burial.
