The Family of the late Samuel Wilson (Sam), formerly of Springhill Road, Moneymore and latterly of Weavers Nursing Home Cookstown, wish to express their sincere thanks to all those who sympathised with them in their recent sad bereavement.

Special thanks to all the doctors and nurses in Antrim Area Hospital and in Ward B2 who cared for Sam in a kind and dignified manner. Thanks to Moneymore Medical Centre for attending to Sam’s needs for years and especially in the last few weeks.

Special thanks to Weavers Nursing Home for caring and looking after Sam for the past 5 years, he was very happy here and loved life.

Heartfelt thanks to all those who phoned, sent cards, messages and attended the wake and funeral service from near and far.

A massive thank you for all the kind donations to Alzheimer’s Society in Sam loving memory.

Sincere thanks to Rev. Adrian Stringer for visiting Sam in hospital, for conducting the service at D Watters Funeral Home and at the graveside.

Thank you to the organist for the beautiful music and the ladies of the Church for their hospitality in providing and serving a wonderful tea afterwards.

Finally, a special thank you to Helen and the Staff of D Watters Funeral Services, Tobermore for the endless support offered to us as a family and for the dignified and professional manner in which all the arrangements and funeral were carried out.
