Sarah P. (Sadie) CONAGHAN
10th October 2016, at Deanfield Nursing Home, beloved wife of the late Charlie, loving mother of Charlie and mother-in-law of Theresa, much loved grandmother of Elaine and Lynne and dear Nana of Cara and Christopher.
Funeral from her home, 65 Cashelmore, on Wednesday at 9.30 am for 10 o’clock Requiem Mass in Holy Family Church, Ballymagroarty.
Interment afterwards in the city cemetery.
