Sarah (Sadie) FREEBURN
The family of the late Sarah (Sadie) Freeburn wish to thank all those who sympathised with them on the recent loss of their mother.
To those who sent cards, telephoned, called at the home, attended the wake or funeral we express our thanks for the support and care which was shown to us. We would like to thank Rev. James Porter for his pastoral care and advice during our time of bereavement and for his words of comfort during the funeral service.
A special thank you to the committee of Orritor Presbyterian Church for the use of the hall and facilities for the wake and also to those church members who gave of their time to help on the day of the funeral.
During the weeks prior to our mother’s death, medical care was provided by Mid Ulster Health Care Cookstown and we are indebted to those who provided invaluable support and advice. Additionally we wish to thank staff from the Community Hospice Care Team and MacMillan Nursing who were a wonderful source of advice, support and assistance during those last days of our mother’s illness.
We would like to express our appreciation to those who donated so generously in memory of our mother – these gifts will be forwarded to Christian Blind Mission.
Finally, we wish to thank Steensons Funeral Services for the professional, dignified and caring manner in which they conducted the funeral and provided support during our time of bereavement.
We trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted by all as a token of our sincere appreciation.
