The death has occurred of:
Sheila Mc Dowell (née Crumby)
Mrs Sheila Mc Dowell
The family of the late Mrs Sheila Mc Dowell would like to express our heartfelt thanks to all those who supported them during the recent and very sad loss of their Mum, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.
We are deeply grateful to the staff at The Stroke and Rehabilitation Ward at Daisy Hill Hospital and also to the staff at The Trauma Unit at Craigavon Area Hospital for the care, compassion and dignity they showed to Mum in her final days.
Special mention must be made of our Auntie Betty who was such a dear friend to Mum after the loss of our Dad and also to Linda Willis who was such a help to Mum but more importantly became one of her closest friends.
A special mention must also be made of Bunny Mc Greevy and Honor Mc Glew who officiated at the wake and to Fr.Gilmore for the comforting service which reflected both Mum's life and her deep faith.
Our sincere thanks go to Nicholas Doran Funeral Directors for their kindness, guidance and professionalism in making all the necessary arrangements.
We would also like to thank our many family members, neighbours and friends who attended the wake and funeral, sent Mass and Sympathy Cards and told us of the many memories they had of Mum. Your presence and kindness have been a great source of comfort to us and will never be forgotten.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually for their help, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation.
Mummy's Month's Mind Mass will take place on Saturday 30th August in St Mary's Church, Glassdrumman at 18:00.
