Theophilus Andrew (Theo) Poots
Poots - 31st January 2016, peacefully, at Madelayne Court Care Home, Theophilus Andrew (Theo), late of Richmond Crescent, Ballymoney and formerly of Cookstown, dearly beloved husband of the late Kathleen, much loved father of Andrew, Fiona, Janice and Jonathan and a dear father-in-law, grandfather and great grandfather.
Funeral Service in Ballymoney Gospel Hall on Tuesday at 1 pm followed by interment in Ballymoney Cemetery.
