William Samuel (Billy) NEILL
Passed away 2nd February 2024, peacefully at hospital. Beloved husband of the late Hannah. Loving father of Esther and partner Simon, Elaine and husband Paul and Cathy and husband David. A much loved and loving granda of Logan, Storm, Ava and Remy.
A Service of Thanksgiving for Billy’s Life will take place in Melville Morgan Funeral Home, 315 Ballysillan Road, Belfast, BT14 6RD on Thursday 8th February 2024 at 10:45am followed by interment in Carnmoney East Cemetery at 12 noon.
