Michael passed away on Monday July 4, 2016, at the age of 49 after a long battle with cancer.
He fought his illness with indomitable courage and determination, while his life was cut short he lived it to the full, for as long as he was able.
He will be fondly remembered for his zest for life, his generosity and for reminding us all that life is what you make of it.
Our deepest sympathies to his wife Heather and his sons Adam and Scott and their family.
