God saw my Daddy getting tired, a cure was not to be.
God put His arms around my Daddy and whispered, come with Me.
With tearful eyes I watched my Daddy suffer, I saw him fade away,
although I loved him dearly I could not make him stay.
A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands put to rest,
God broke my heart to prove to me He only takes the best.
Just like we always use to say, Night night, God bless, love you Daddy.
